1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, requesting an assessment or quotation, or purchasing services from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any signed quotation, order confirmation, scope of work, payment schedule, or project agreement applicable to your project.

If a signed project document conflicts with these website terms, the signed project document will control for that project.

2. Our services

Your Energy may provide solar consultation, site assessment, system design, quotations, equipment supply, installation, commissioning, subsidy or financing guidance, maintenance, AMC, and related support for residential and commercial properties.

Service availability depends on location, technical feasibility, roof and electrical conditions, supplier availability, utility requirements, safety requirements, and the final written scope agreed with you.

3. Website estimates and final quotations

Calculations displayed by the free assessment tool are indicative only. Actual system size, generation, savings, roof area, investment, subsidy, and payback can change after site survey, engineering review, electricity-bill verification, equipment selection, and utility assessment.

A website result, WhatsApp message, verbal discussion, or draft proposal is not a binding offer. A project becomes binding only when the applicable written quotation or order is accepted and any required payment or documentation is completed.

4. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate information and to inform us promptly of any change affecting the project. Depending on the agreed scope, you may also be responsible for:

  • Providing lawful site access, roof access, electricity, water, safe storage, and a suitable working environment.
  • Disclosing structural, electrical, ownership, tenancy, access, or legal restrictions.
  • Obtaining owner, society, landlord, lender, or other permissions not included in our written scope.
  • Reviewing and approving drawings, equipment selections, quotations, and change orders on time.
  • Protecting credentials, documents, and payment information shared for project processing.

5. Pricing, taxes, and payments

Project pricing, GST treatment, payment milestones, validity, inclusions, exclusions, and any financing arrangement will be stated in the applicable quotation or agreement. Unless expressly stated otherwise, additional work, design changes, civil or electrical upgrades, permit costs, utility charges, and customer-requested changes may be charged separately.

Payments must be made only through payment methods and account details formally communicated by our authorized team. We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorized persons or altered account details that were not verified with us.

6. Subsidy, financing, utility, and government approvals

We may provide process guidance or assistance, but subsidy eligibility, subsidy amount, disbursement, financing approval, interest rates, net-metering, utility approvals, inspections, and government portal decisions are controlled by third parties.

No subsidy, loan, approval, generation level, savings amount, or approval timeline is guaranteed unless a specific guarantee is expressly included in a signed agreement.

7. Equipment, substitutions, and warranties

Brands, models, quantities, ratings, and technical specifications will follow the accepted quotation, subject to availability and approved equivalent substitutions. We will seek approval where a material substitution changes the agreed specification.

Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms, registration requirements, exclusions, and claim process. Workmanship, service, or AMC commitments apply only as stated in the signed project documents.

8. Timelines, delays, and events beyond control

Any project timeline is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Timelines may be affected by weather, site readiness, customer approvals, material availability, transport, utility or government action, grid shutdowns, safety concerns, labour availability, force majeure, or other events outside reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and resume work when reasonably practicable.

9. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, change orders, and refunds are governed by the accepted quotation or project agreement and our Cancellation Policy. Eligibility generally depends on the project stage and costs already incurred or committed.

10. Acceptable website use and intellectual property

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or misuse customer, company, or administrative data.

The website design, text, quotation formats, graphics, Your Energy branding, and original content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied, resold, or commercially reused without written permission.

11. Third-party links and limitation of liability

Links to WhatsApp, social platforms, manufacturers, utilities, government portals, financing providers, and other third parties are provided for convenience. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we do not control their availability or decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website, reliance on an indicative estimate, third-party service failure, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes will apply from the stated effective date and will not replace signed project terms retrospectively unless agreed in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory law and any agreed dispute-resolution process, courts having jurisdiction over our registered office in Gurugram, Haryana will have jurisdiction.
